==In the News
Now more than ever, inclusive leadership is key. Together, we must recognize and reduce unconscious bias during these unprecedented times. Particularly SES, race and gender bias: social distancing is a privilege that all cannot afford.

Coachieve is focusing strongly on assessing organizational D&I competence with action planning for business results. Using confidential interviews and organizational data harvesting, Ms. Biswas analyzes gaps around race, gender, SES and other factors to move organizations forward.

Ms. Biswas continues to receive standing ovations for  her keynotes  - on boldly shattering gender and race stereotypes.
In her role as diversity consultant, Biswas has participated in multiple radio interviews, on Empowering women in the workplace, cultural bias, on ESPN, KRLD News etc. across the US.

This is a pivotal year for Coachieve to help leaders adapt to changing times with courage and inclusion.

Debjani has been an inspiration in my life and a great coach, mentor and overall advisor to me and my senior executive team. She has helped me see my way through various transitions in my leadership team and has helped us with the necessary tools to move from a "watch your back" to "have your back" culture. As a CEO I do find it difficult at times to have someone to talk to who truly understands the connection between personal, emotional and business acumen and Debjani does. Even though we are her client I always feel she has my back and consider her a true friend.

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Debjani for many years at Texas Instruments. She is a consummate professional, well positioned to offer executives advice and counsel across the gamut of people, process, technology, and leadership. Debjani is a deep thinker, a research sleuth, and a creative solution builder. Her communication style and stage presence is an incredible mix of poignant power and humility. Get to know her. You will be enlightened.
